1. Don’t Skip the SPF


UV rays are stronger this time of year, so applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily is essential, even on cloudy days. Look for SPF 30 or higher and reapply every two hours if you’re spending time outdoors.

2. Lighten Up Your Moisturiser
