Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Natural Essentoils products. If there’s a problem, our returns process is simple.
Changed your mind?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please notify us by email at info@naturalessentoils.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the items.
For a refund or exchange, products must be:

in their original packaging,

unopened and unused.
⚠️ Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed products once opened, unless faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If your products arrive faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us. We will cover the cost of return postage and arrange a replacement or full refund.
Who pays for return postage?

If you return goods because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return postage.
Gifts
If you received our products as a gift, please contact the original purchaser, as refunds can only be issued to the person who placed the order.
