UK & International Delivery Update – Effective 1st September

UK Postage

From the 1st of September, our UK postage rate will increase from £1.99 to £2.99.

Since Natural Essentoils began, we’ve proudly kept delivery at £1.99 (or free when you spend £15). However, with postage costs rising by nearly 20% and packaging materials increasing by around 40%, this small change is needed to help us continue delivering your orders sustainably and reliably. Our new shipping cost is still cheaper than most other online stores, ensuring you continue to receive great value when shopping with us.

International Shipping

• Germany: We are still unable to ship due to the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), which requires specific packaging licensing and recycling compliance.
  

• USA: Following the U.S. Government’s removal of the “de minimis” exemption (effective 29 August 2025), all imports to the U.S. are now subject to customs duties, regardless of value. This means U.S. customers may face additional import charges.

Due to U.S. law changes, orders may incur additional customs charges or duties, payable upon delivery. Please check U.S. customs guidance before ordering.

🇩🇪 Why can’t you ship to Germany?

The German Packaging Act (VerpackG) places strict rules on packaging registration and recycling. As a small business, the number of orders we receive from Germany isn’t high enough to make compliance viable at this time.
